Daily-Timesheet System Rupprecht

Digital daily-timesheet for the construction site, built for FHS-Rupprecht (tiles, heating, sanitation) in Leverkusen.

Context: The craft business needed a digital, construction-site-ready system to replace the paper-based recording of working hours and material consumption.

Goals: • Record working hours per weekday and employee • Document material consumption directly on site • Capture digital signatures • Automatic PDF generation • Email dispatch to stored recipients

Implementation: Responsive web form embedded directly into the company WordPress website. Frontend with HTML/CSS/JavaScript. Client-side PDF generation via jsPDF. PHP plugin for email dispatch via WordPress REST API and Strato SMTP. Address auto-completion via OpenStreetMap Nominatim.
