Short & honest
This website uses no tracking tools, no analytics tools, and no profiling. No advertising or tracking cookies are set. The site is static and runs without scripts that process user data — except for the purely functional storage of your privacy-notice choice (see below).
Hosting
Hosting is provided by Netlify. When you open the site, Netlify processes technical access data (e.g. IP address, timestamp) in server logs to the extent necessary for providing and securing the service. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Contact by email
When you contact me by email, I process the details you provide voluntarily (e.g. name, email address, message) to handle your request and for a possible collaboration — and only to the extent necessary for that purpose. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). This data is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Local storage (notice window)
On your first visit a notice window is shown. Your choice ("Got it") is stored only locally in your browser (localStorage) so the window does not reappear. This is technically necessary, permitted under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and is not personal data processing on our side. You can clear this storage in your browser at any time.
